Lisa Kalkowski

Lisa Kalkowski is a Finnish-based arts producer and DEI consultant working at the intersection of cultural production, anti-racism, and inclusive practice. She has over a decade of experience producing festivals, performances, exhibitions, art-science fieldwork, and workshops across Finland and Europe. Lisa has consulted for museums, municipalities, and arts organisations on DEI, intersectionality, Whiteness, and accessibility. As Production Manager at UrbanApa, she has been a core part of the #StopHatredNow initiative since 2020. She holds a background in drama education and is about to complete a Master's in Arts Management at the Sibelius Academy.
